Tracking your order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your piece leaves our warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
Insurance & packaging
Every order is fully insured in transit — no exceptions — and packed to protect it and to arrive the way a piece from The Vault NYC should. Higher-value orders also ship with signature confirmation.
